Every Day - New Lesson

I believe that every day can bring something I learn and just recently I attended a teleseminar by Mari Smith and Anne McKevitt and they covered 4 most important parts of starting a business process. Here is what Mari Smith sent (summary) to all of participants:

"1. Start with a solid FOUNDATION for your business, your personal space (think "money making engine room" for your office!), productivity, and social media success. Make sure you know your *why.*

2. Then BUILD from there in all areas: your systems, daily habits, maintaining consistency, having strategic intent in all that you do, and having total clarity on exactly *what* you're building.

3. Next, ramp up and focus on GROWTH - what's working well in your business, your social media, your daily productivity habits? How big do you want to go? (Anne shared why so many entrepreneurs get stuck in constant Build mode instead of getting into Growth mode).

4. Finally, it's time to SCALE. Here's where you build teams, delegate, and outsource... you must get this piece in place in order to build a sizable business or brand."

It was great to listen about those business foundations!
