So as always I asked myself what can I do about it, and the answer was simple - try to change it.
No, the change was not easy. I couldn't get used to the positive thinking at the beginning of every week. How could I be happy? At work when all those e-mails were waiting for me, phone calls, customers, projects, deadlines, etc? And then I had that "aha moment"! E-mail/deadlines/projects - those are not my enemies, those are just things on my "to-do-list" that I have to take care of.
Different attitude, good weekly agenda and few months later I was able to break my old habit and start something I'm proud of - I love Mondays :)
How about you? Do you like Mondays or maybe you would like to make that day disappear from the calendar.
